Suitcasing Policy

Out of respect to our sponsors and exhibitors, East Meets West Expo has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing,” which describes the practice by non-exhibiting/sponsoring companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads on the expo floor, in the aisles or lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting expo participants for conflicting social activities.

Should you see someone giving out materials that is not an exhibitor, please report violators to any staff member or EMW volunteer. Violators of these policies may be ejected from the show.
